Sodexo's Sustainability

As previously reported, the College recently renewed their dining contract with Sodexo. As part of the new agreement, Sodexo has released a statement that explains the new initiatives they plan on bringing to the campus. The following are excerpts from the statement that The Weekly felt would be of interest to the student body… "We will reduce our carbon intensity across all our operations and clients' sites.

MCEMS recognizes it's own

Muhlenberg College Emergency Medical Services has awarded senior Meghan Wilson with the prestigious Life Member Award after three years of exemplary service to the organization.  Wilson joined MCEMS in the Fall of 2007 after becoming a certified Emergency Medical Technician-Basic over the summer and became a Driver and Crew Chief in the Spring of 2009.

So here we are... the end of another year. We're sure we speak for the majority of the student body in saying that we have been so caught up in our papers and exams that we hardly noticed May creeping up on us. And yet, we find ourselves on the cusp of the infamous finals week, looking forward to what we hope to be an awesome summer.

Although no playoffs, baseball did not disappoint

One win. One win was all that separated the Mules and the 2010 Centennial Conference Playoffs. In the end however, it was not meant to be. Washington College claimed the last playoff spot, after taking one of two from 'Berg in the final Conference doubleheader of the year.
