Sept. 8 - Disorderly Conduct - Student harassed another student via computer using intimidating and vulgar language. Will be referred to Judicial Process and Residential Services.Sept. 8 - Vandalism - Vehicle's antenna was pulled off and laying on ground on 2400 block of Liberty Street. There are no suspects at this time.
Sept. 9 - Alarms - A fire alarm went off in Haas due to power outage/lighting. Alarm was silenced and reset.
Sept. 9 - Alarms - A fire alarm went off in Ettinger due to power outage, lightning affected panel boards and suppressors. Alarm eventually silenced, Simplex responded to fix damaged equipment.
Sept. 9 - Theft - At least 44 black chairs stolen from Life Sports Center fieldhouse between Saturday and Tuesday. There are no suspects at this time.
Sept. 9 - Investigative - Individual identified as a non-student on Level A of Trexler Library was found looking at pornography and was advised to leave campus and would be arrested if they returned.
Sept. 9 - Dispatch Code - Report of lost parking sticker Brown #1111 08/09 prior to being placed on vehicle.
Sept. 9 - Medical - A Sodexho employee fell and injured themselves. MCEMS was requested and cleared the person, who refused further medical assistance.
Sept. 9 - Theft - Student reported that money was taken from their wallet on third floor of Martin Luther Hall while room was occupied. There are no suspects at this time.
Sept. 10 - Alarms - A fire alarm went of at 2238 Gordon St. that was caused by housekeeper cleaning the shower.
Sept. 10 - Theft - 8' table valued at $120 dropped off at side of Delta Zeta house was missing when residents when to look for it for event. No suspects at this time.
Sept. 10 - Disorderly Conduct - Person in Haas reported receiving harassing phone call from an office supply company. Incident still under investigation.
Sept. 10 - Alarms - Fire alarm activated at 415 Leh Street by smoke from cooking.
Sept. 10 - Medical - A student in Brown may have broken their finger and requested MCEMS. Health Center notified, student refused further medical treatment.
Sept. 10 - Medical - Student reported that a student on Prosser Annex Second Floor was feeling faint and requested MCEMS. Health Center notified, student transported to hospital.
Sept. 10 - Alarms - Fire alarm activated at 2235 Gordon St. by steam from shower. Officer reported all clear.
Sept. 11 - Medical - Report of student on Prosser First floor who had passed out who had given blood previously. MCEMS and Health Center notified and student transported to Health Center.
Sept. 11 - Medical - Student having anxiety attack in Brown Hall dance studio, Health Center notified. Student transported to Health Center.
Sept. 11 - Theft - Service Electric TV aluminum ladder marked SECTV on side stolen from Brown basement that had been set against wall between room 002 and exit, said that went to Telco closet and returned and ladder was gone. No suspects at this time.
Sept. 11 - Alarms - A fire alarm went off on Robertson Hall third floor due to microwaving a cake for too long.
Sept. 11 - Alarms - A fire alarm went off at 419 Leh St. due to steam from shower.
Sept. 11 - Medical - Student in Life Sports Center having reaction to medication. MCEMS and Heath Center advised. Student refused further treatment.
Sept. 12 - Medical - RA report from Brown Hall third floor of student sick due to underage drinking. Officer called Allentown EMS, who transported student to hospital.
Sept. 12 - Noise Complaint - Students yelled and banged on door of 417 Leh St. and were reported. Officers found and confiscated 3 pellet guns. APD assisted. Referred to judicial for terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and noise violation.
Sept. 12 - Forcible Rape - Student reported a rape from 2006 in Tremont Apartments. Suspect is known and Campus Safety is investigating the incident.
Sept. 12 - Disorderly Conduct - Student getting harassed via cell phone, computer, and in person. Suspect attends another college. Campus Police at other institution was notified and will speak with suspect.
Sept. 12 - Medical - Student twisted foot/ankle. Health Center notified and officer transported person to Health Center.
Sept. 12 - Alarms - Fire alarm sounded at 2442 Tilghman St., activated from steam from shower.
Sept. 12 - Dispatch Code - Assist with Residential Services checking on student in Walz Hall. Student was located.
Sept. 13 - Liquor Law - Residential Services contacted Campus Safety about underage possession of alcohol on Prosser Annex First Floor. Referred to Judicial.
Sept. 13 - Assault - Assault on student walking on 22nd St. Witnesses report verbal argument between victim and suspects prior to incident. Student sent to hospital for treatment. Suspects described as two white "college age" males with blonde hair. Incident being investigated by APD, anyone with information should call 610-437-7751 or Campus Safety at 484-664-3112. Notification via e-mail and Message Board made to campus community.
Sept. 13 - Alarms - Fire alarm sounded from Brown Hall third floor stairwell. Called Keystone for electrician because detector was malfunctioning.
Sept. 13 - Vandalism - Report that black Honda Civic in 26th & Chew St. parking lot passenger window smashed and had GPS unit and MP3 player removed. Buildings and grounds assisted victim with cleaning glass, no suspects at this time.
Sept 13 - Medical - Student in Prosser Hall not feeling well. EMS and Health Center were paged, student was transported to Hospital.
Sept. 13 - Liquor Law - Individual with alcohol violation on Albright St. provided officers with information on where student was drinking and who had provided the alcohol. Upon arrival most people were gone including specific individual whose name was given. Still under investigation.
