Jan. 19 - Underage Purchase, Possession, Consumption, Transport - There was a sick student in Brown Hall with alcohol related vomiting. MCEMS, Health Center, and Allentown EMS were called. Student was transported to the hospital and was cited for underage drinking.

Jan. 19 - Found Property - Reporting party on Chew St. found a small bag in front of the Center for the Arts. It tested positive for cocaine.



Jan. 19 - Larceny/Theft - There was an off-campus report of a college cell phone stolen from a vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.



Jan. 19 - Found Property - A found wallet has been at the Life Sports Center and has been there for the last three days. The owner could not be reached. The item was placed in the evidence lockers.



Jan. 19 - Found Property - A reporting party turned in a found credit card. The item has been placed in the lost and found lockers.



Jan. 19 - Fire Alarm Sounding - There was a fire alarm sounding at 2201 Chew St. due to cooking.



Jan. 20 - Lost Property - Student lost cell phone on campus.



Jan. 21 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - A reporting party requested an officer to respond to drug paraphernalia that was found lying out on a desk at 2135 Chew St. The item has been placed in the evidence lockers. Students were referred to Judicial.



Jan. 21 - Attempted Theft - In the Martin Luther parking lot, a student reported that a car was parked in the lot when the window was down. The student tried to put the window up but it fell off the track and into the door. It was reported that the window was closed the last time the car was used. Nothing seemed to be missing.



Jan. 21 - Injured Student - A student injured their left ankle at the basketball court in the Life Sports Center. The student refused medical treatment.



Jan. 22 - Fire Alarm Sounding - A fire alarm in Haas sounded. It was caused by electrical work being done in the building.



Jan. 22 - Fire Alarm Sounding - A fire alarm at 319 N. 22 St. sounded due to cooking.



Jan. 22 - Fire Alarm Sounding - A fire alarm at 407/109 N. 23 St. sounded due to cooking.



Jan. 23 - Harassment - A car was sent to 2411 Liberty St. for a loud person yelling. The person was warned by APD to earlier to leave. Letters of no contact will be issued. Referred to Judicial.



Jan. 23 - Injured Student - A student fell after tripping on a dip or hole in the floor outside the Price Waterhouse Room (Ettinger 212) on way to class there. The student ripped their shoe and felt sore, but wasn't injured.



Jan. 23 - Vandalism to Vehicle - Student witnessed a passenger in a dull light blue station wagon with Pennsylvania plates get out and smash the driver's side window of a BMW parked on 23 St. The man (possibly Hispanic) was wearing a brightly-colored hoodie and matching dark hat with different colors. The male reached into the car and apparently grabbed something before taking off in the suspect's car. Unable to locate suspects.



Jan. 23 - Larceny/Theft - In Moyer Hall on the third floor, a white male might have stolen a black Nine West purse from the victim's office. The suspect has short, dirty blond hair with a normal haircut. The suspect was approximately 5' 10'' - 6' tall, dressed in neat, appropriate attire. Unable to locate suspect.



Jan. 23 - Larceny/Theft - A parking sticker was stolen from a vehicle on the 26 and Chew St. parking lot. There are no suspects at this time.



Jan. 23 - Fire Alarm System Trouble Sounding - Residents in Benfer Hall, second floor, accidentally set off detector due to throwing pillows around when one hit the detector. There was no further incident.



Jan. 23 - Drug Possession - Marijuana - On N. 21 St, there was a reported vehicle stop/drug possession. Three non-students were involved. All three were arrested by Allentown PD. No further information on the arrested.



Jan. 24 - Fire Alarm Sounding - A fire alarm sounded at 415, 417, and 419 N. Leh St due to cooking.



Jan. 24 - Institutional Vandalism - Temporary signs on the front drive were ripped out and thrown on the lawn. There are no suspects on this time.



Jan. 24 - Dispatch Code - Found Property - A backpack was found in front of Seegers Union. The item was placed in the evidence lockers.



Jan. 25 - Vandalism - Criminal/Malicious Mischief - APD was called to N. Leh St. for loud noise. Upon arrival the group was gone.



Jan. 25 - Underage Purchase, Possession, Consumption, and Transport - While investigating a call for loud noise on Liberty St. a student was arrested by APD for underage drinking. The student was cited and released.



Jan. 25 - Alarms - Fire Alarm Sounding - A fire alarm at 2201 Chew St. from steam from a shower.
