Jan. 22 - Vandalism to Vehicle - A student reported an egg being thrown on his car on N. 22nd St. 



Jan. 22 - Underage Possession and Consumption of Alcohol - One student in Walz Hall was referred to the judicial process. 



Jan. 22 - Intoxicated Person - An intoxicated student in Brown Hall was taken to St. Luke's Hospital and was referred to the judicial process. 



Jan. 23 - Strong Arm Robbery - A robbery was reported in the 400 block of Collins St. between Leh and 22nd St. The suspect approached the victim, grabbed her and took items from her. The suspect is a Hispanic male age 25 to 30 years, approximately 5'5" to 5'8" in height, with a large mustache extending to the chin. He wore a dark colored knit cap with two backwards E's on it, a long sleeve gray hooded sweatshirt, and black baggy painter-type pants with a brown knife sheath on the leg. Allentown Police Department and Campus Safety are investigating the incident. 



Jan. 23 - Theft - Four students had boots stolen from their hallway in Taylor Hall. 

Jan. 23 - Injured Student - A student with a recurring ankle injury was transported to St. Luke's Hospital. 



Jan. 23 - Sexual Assault - A sexual assault was reported to Campus Safety by a College employee who was told of the incident by the victim. The incident occurred at a College-owned housing facility between Jan. 21 and Jan. 23. 



Jan. 23 - Sexual Assault - A sexual and indecent assault was reported to Campus Safety. The incident occurred during the 2004 Fall Semester. The suspect is a student. 



Jan. 24 - Theft - A shovel was stolen out of the back of a Plant Operations truck that was parked outside the Life Sports Center. The value of the shovel is $22.50. 



Jan. 24 - Motor Vehicle Accident - An MW Wood truck driven by an employee backed up into a tow truck on Prosser Drive. 



Jan. 24 - Fire Alarm - A fire alarm went off at 2216 Liberty St. due to cooking. 



Jan. 25 - Fire Alarm - A fire alarm went off at 2147 Chew St. due to water from a leak.
