Jan. 31 - Suspicious Activity - Campus Safety identified and gave a letter of trespass to an individual in the Trexler Library.



Feb. 1 - Harassment By Communication - A student in Prosser Hall reported a credit card company was calling and asking for personal information. Campus Safety is trying to verify if the company is legitimate and advises that students do not give out personal information over the phone.



Feb. 1 - Harassment By Communication - A student in Prosser Hall reported receiving a phone call from the above credit card company asking for her Social Security number and other personal information.



Feb. 2 - Disorderly Conduct - Three female non-students reported that a male student was harassing them. APD was called, and the student was referred to the judicial process.



Feb. 2 - Injured Student - A student who suffered a shoulder injury in the Life Sports Center was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Feb. 3 - Harassment By Communication - A student in Walz Hall reported harassing calls from the above credit card company.



Feb. 3 - Suspicious Person - A young woman was found asking students for money and food in Seegers Union. Campus Safety contacted her parents to pick her up.



Feb. 3 - Vandalism to Vehicle - A milkshake was thrown down the windshield of a student's car on the front drive.



Feb. 3 - Injured Student - A student slipped on ice and sustained an arm injury at the 2100 block of Gordon St. The student refused medical transport and was advised to visit the Health Center the following day.



Feb. 4 - Injured Student - A student in Martin Luther Hall was cutting an orange and cut his right pinky. He was transported to St. Luke's Hospital.



Feb. 4 - Harassment By Communication - A student in Martin Luther Hall reported receiving phone calls from a company asking for personal information.



Feb. 5 - Underage Possession and Consumption of Alcohol - Michael Bluhm '07 of East Hall was arrested at Ye Olde Muhlenberg Tavern with a fake ID. He was also referred to the judicial process.

Feb. 5 - Underage Possession and Consumption of Alcohol - Eight students were cited for underage possession and consumption of alcohol at the Maingate and referred to the judicial process.



Feb. 6 - Intoxicated Person - A visitor, Jason Goldman-Petri, was charged with underage possession and consumption of alcohol.



Feb. 6 - Underage Possession and Consumption of Alcohol - Two students in Prosser Hall were referred to the judicial process for providing alcohol to minors.
