In light of the recent concern surrounding the attendence of underage seniors at 100 Days, those seniors under 21 and their friends will most likely have found themselves happy to hear that all members of the class of 2005 were allowed to attend the event.
To the Editor, I was shocked to see an article on masturbation in the last The Muhlenberg Weekly. I cannot be the only one appalled at the detailed description of a vagina in the school newspaper. Apparently the school, or at least the paper, is now treating the topic of masturbation openly and honestly.
To the Editor, Tonight I have had the opportunity to witness the finer side of human nature. It is somewhat ironic that we go to a liberal arts college that is supposed to be all about preaching tolerance and equality. Apparently though the issue of equality only matters when speaking about skin color and sexuality.
On Jan. 30th, history was made. The citizens of Iraq headed out to the polls to vote in their first ever national election. Is it possible that some of the greatest thinkers of our generation such as Michael Moore, Matt Damon and Howard "Yee-Ha" Dean were wrong about Iraq? After seeing the people of Iraq vote in greater numbers than people vote here in America, it may be possible that freedom and democracy may actually mean something to the Iraqi people.
It's 2:15 a.m. A student is about to finish a 7-page paper that's due in eight hours. Their computer clicks for a few second and shuts off. It does not turn back on. Panic. The student neither saved their paper to a disk nor sent it to their mailbox.
