Jan. 30 - Larceny/Theft - The individuals responsible for stealing a banner from Seegers Union were identified and will be referred to the Judicial Process.



Jan. 30 - Fire/Safety Violation - A student was fined $300 for having a plastic bag over a smoke detector on 414 Albright Street.



Jan. 30 - Fire Alarm Sounding - There was a fire alarm sounding on the fourth floor of Robertson Hall due to cooking.



Jan. 30 - Fire Alarm Sounding - There was a fire alarm sounding due to cooking on 407/409 N. 23rd Street.



Jan. 31 - Hit and Run - A car on Liberty Street hit another car, pushing it onto the curb. The owner of the vehicle that was hit was not aware that his/her vehicle had been struck.



Jan. 31 - Hit and Run - A vehicle hit another vehicle on North 23rd Street. This may be the same vehicle that had previously hit the car on Liberty Street.



Jan. 31 - Non-medical transport - A woman was walking by the Fairgrounds area when a Hispanic male in a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue pants or jeans grabbed her from behind. This individual had previously been harassing individuals on campus. He was given a letter of trespass to stay off the College property.



Jan. 31 - Harassment by Communication - A student living in Walz Hall was receiving harassing phone calls by a non-student on her cell phone in the middle of the night. The non-student was told by Campus Safety that if he calls the student again, he will be arrested for harassment by communication.



Jan. 31 - Injured Student - A student accidentally put a staple in her finger and was transported to St. Luke's Emergency Room.



Jan. 31 - Motor Vehicle Accident - Someone called to report that they side-swiped a vehicle when parking on Chew Street. A note was left on the struck vehicle.



Jan. 31 - Larceny/Theft - A member of a visiting sports team reported items stolen from his locker in the Life Sports Center locker room.
