On Fri. Feb. 15, sophomores Alex Faust and Debra Crockett have raised the bar, yet again. At the Lafayette Rider Winter Games at the New York City Armory, the duo broke their own previous school records. Faust's time of 26.23 in the 200 meters and Crockett's 37'10.75'' throw in the shot putt, placed them both in the record books once again.
On the men's side, juniors Stuart Udis, Timothy Van Syckle and David Chorney all qualified for ECACs. Udis qualified in the 500 meters, Van Syckle qualified in the 3,000 meters and Chorney qualified in both the mile and as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team. Sophomore Jeremiah Lachaud also qualified for ECACs in the 200 meters.
