The Muhlenberg Women's Lacrosse Team is on a roll, and the players have almost grasped their first Centennial Conference playoff berth.

Taking on Swarthmore last Sat., Apr. 12, the Mules kept up their winning ways, earning their tenth victory of the season. The team started a bit slow, but eventually worked up to their 17-10 win. In the victory, freshman Rachael Goldstein finished with a career-high six goals.

The Garnet tried to make the game interesting, but with the help of senior Taylor Armstrong's five assists and two goals, the Mules ended on top. With this strong performance, Armstrong moved into second place in team history for total points in a season (69) and also for career assists (78).

Junior Sara Hiller and sophomore Amanda McGovern each contributed a hat trick, and sophomore Alyssa Bascelli had six ground balls and a goal.

Next up for the Mules is a game at York today at 4:00 p.m. After that, they will be looking to clinch a playoff berth against McDaniel on Sat., Apr. 19 at 1:00 p.m.
