Dec. 12 – Fire Alarm Sounding – In Egner Memorial Chapel, there was a report of a fire alarm sounding due to contractors working in the building.  An electrician was notified to respond.  The system was silenced and will be reset when the work is done.

 

Dec. 12 – Found Property – In the Life Sports Center, there was a report of found items including ear buds, rings, eyeglasses, and a charm.  It is unknown to whom the items belong.  The items were placed in the lost and found locker.

 

Dec. 12 – Institutional Vandalism – In Prosser Hall, first floor, there was a report of vandalism to toilet paper dispensers.  There are no suspects at this time.

 

Dec. 12 – Fire Alarm Sounding – In Prosser Hall, second floor, there was a report of a fire alarm sounding due to someone spraying possibly hairspray.  An electrician was notified to respond.  The system was silenced and reset with no further incident.

 

Dec. 12 – Personnel Complaint – In Seegers Union, upper level, there was a report of a personnel complaint.  An individual was spoken to by a Campus Safety officer and escorted off campus.  There was no further incident.

 

Dec. 12 – Harassment by Communication – In Prosser Hall, there was a report of harassment by electronic communication.  The individual was identified.  There was no further incident.

 

Dec. 13 – Sick Visitor – In Seegers Union, upper level, there was a report of a sick visitor.  The Health Center was notified and responded.  A Campus Safety officer transported the individual to the hospital.

 

Dec. 13 – Hit and Run – On N. 24th St., there was a report of a hit and run.  A rear view mirror was found on the ground.  There are no suspects at this time.  The investigation will continue.

 

Dec. 13 – Attempted Theft – In Trexler Library, there was a report of an attempted theft of a laptop.  There are no suspects at this time.  The investigation will continue.

 

Dec. 13 – Fire Alarm Sounding – At 2202 Gordon St., there was a report of a fire alarm sounding due to burnt food.  The system was silenced and reset with no further incident.

 

Dec. 14 – Larceny/Theft From Vehicle – On Gordon St., there was a report of theft of a GPS and charger from a vehicle.  There are no suspects at this time.

 

Dec. 14 – Found Property – On N. 22nd St., there was a report of a found card.  The owner was notified and later claimed the item.

 

Dec. 14 – Fire Alarm Sounding – At 2202 Gordon St., there was a report of a fire alarm sounding due to burnt food.  The system was silenced and reset with no further incident.

 

Dec. 14 – Sick Student – In Walz Hall, third floor, there was a report of a sick student.  The Health Center was notified and Muhlenberg College EMS responded.  A Campus Safety officer transported the student to the hospital.
