  Feb. 3 – Injured Student – In the Life Sports Center, fieldhouse, there was a report of an injured student.  Muhlenberg College EMS responded.  The student refused further treatment or transport.   Feb. 3 – Sexual Assault – On campus, in compliance with the Campus Safety Act of 1990, we are alerting the campus community of an incident that happened during the early morning hours of Feb.

  1) When did you graduate? What were your majors/minors?    I graduated in the Class of 1982 with a BA degree in German Language and Culture.  So now you might say, what was the path from a degree in German to a job in Regulatory Affairs?  In my case, the simple fact that I had a college degree in anything was what my employer was looking for - originally I was hired in a clerk position, but they knew the person would be moving up in the organization and the degree was necessary to prove that the person being hired knew how to think.

Why am I this way?

  "The therapy becomes an elaborate narcissistic defense, the promise and appearance of progress while protecting an at best artificial and at worst non-existent identity.  I want to learn why I am this way."  Then what?  Will learning why you made those choices be what changes your choices?  You're still eating junk food, aren't you?  You're eating it while you're learning how bad it is.

Track athletes honored by Centennial Conference

  Five members of the Muhlenberg track and field teams, four women and one man, were named athletes of the week by the Centennial Conference. The four women – seniors Kimberlee Yalango and Nicolette Miller, sophomore Nicki Cronin and junior Erica Bash, left to right in the picture at left – combined to set a CC record of 9:33.

Basketball teams head toward last week in playoffs in sight

  The women, playing at home against winless Bryn Mawr, won for the second time in as many days, 71-39. Themen traveled to defending CC runner-up Dickinson and lost, 79-60, but are still squarely in the midst of the playoff picture. The women have never lost to Bryn Mawr, and it was clear early on that the streak wasn't going to end this time.

Women’s basketball,Track and Field, and earn national rankings

  The women's basketball team is sixth in the Mid-Atlantic in the first regional rankings of the 2011-12 season released by the NCAA. The committee that determines these rankings is the one that will ultimately award bids to the NCAA Tournament.
